Sky 2nd Quarter 2019 Highlights:

- Total Consumer Relationships Raised 4.4% Year-Over-Year to 24.0M, Including Net Additions of 304,000 in the Quarter, a 197,000 Improvement from the Second Quarter of 2018
Earnings per Share (EPS) for the second quarter of 2019 was $0.68, a decrease of 1.4% contrast to the second quarter of 2018. On an adjusted basis, EPS raised 13.0% to $0.78 (see Table 5).
For the six months ended June 30, 2019, EPS was $1.45, a 6.6% raise contrast to the previous year. On an adjusted basis, EPS raised 15.8% to $1.54 (see Table 5).
Capital Expenditures raised 0.6% to $2.3B in the second quarter of 2019. Cable Communications’ capital expenditures reduced 9.8% to $1.6B. NBCUniversal’s capital expenditures raised 2.7% to $473M. Sky had capital expenditures of $177M.
For the six months ended June 30, 2019, capital expenditures raised 3.1% to $4.4B contrast to 2018. Cable Communications' capital expenditures reduced 14.5% to $3.0B. NBCUniversal's capital expenditures raised 26.9% to $926M. Sky had capital expenditures of $436M.
Net Cash Provided by Operating Activities was $7.0B in the second quarter of 2019.Free Cash Flow was $4.2B (see Table 4).
For the six months ended June 30, 2019, net cash provided by operating activities was $14.3B. Free cash flow was $8.8B (see Table 4).
Dividends paid during the second quarter of 2019 totaled $954M.
