NextLevel Drycleaning is offering a drop-off lockers facility to accelerate the process of small tasks. Their business co-owner Elijah Hassan said that they wanted to bring up ideas that are innovative and inventive to simplify the dull process of dry cleaning.

This is comparatively easy as the lockers are open for 24/7 people can drop their packages over there.

Nextlevel are planning to expand their business, they are hoping to reach the market beyond Canada to spread out the technological benefits of self-derve to the rest of the world.

There are three concept stores in Canada and one in Edmonton each has self-serve shipping stations and parcel drop boxes and gives the customers to make ready and dispatch parcels whenever they feel it’s appropriate.

The Canada Post retail manager Jason Papadopoulos said that if the package is ready and labeled then the customers will be ready to induct it, it is a super comfortable one-stop solution.

There are some retail experts who has shown concern over the fact that how it will be affecting consumers.

The director of the University of Alberta’s Craig Patterson put a light on this he said that even though everyone is connected, still the scope for face-to-face interaction is very much limited these days.

He added that nowadays people mostly stay on mobile phones, on Facebook and this is the reason the chances of human interaction are happening very less.

Thus as customer satisfaction is the king, the self-serve option is spreading.
