In the new song “Party In The Woods,” Andy Fischer-Price, a rising folk artist, stretches his vocal abilities to convey the lovely mirror of his heart.

Andy Fischer-Price

[dropcap]A[/dropcap]ndy Fischer-Price, a great singer from Washington, returns to the music industry with a burst of revitalizing heartfelt melody. He releases a new single, “Party In The Woods”, which is a representation of his inner thoughts, painting swathes of life in lovely pastel color through delicious chords and engaging tunes that symbolize his antique American country music style. The genuine passion and honesty in his songs is something that is all too frequently lacking in current mainstream music.

Prior to “Party In The Woods,” Andy also released another song, “Stay Awhile.” He finds himself beginning on a singer/songwriter career for perhaps the first time after the disbanding of his last band, Smoky Knights, in 2019. He took inspiration for the latest EP from Rick Rubin’s first album with Johnny Cash, where Johnny just played the songs for Rubin live on a couch with microphones set up to record them. It is a captivating release in and of itself, but as a vocalist so young, it’s fascinating to think of what his fans will hear from him as time goes on. He will find a warm welcome of many fans of old-school Country titans such as Nathaniel Rateliff and The Avett Brothers, with tracks like “State I’m In,” “Drunken Road,” and the EP’s title track. On August 22nd, 2021, his debut EP ‘Party In The Woods’ will be released on Spotify and all major platforms. Follow Andy on Twitter, and Instagram for more updates.
