Released on October 29, Tender Youth offers tantalizing angst seeping through the raw and thundering soundscape of their new EP, ‘Tender Youth.’
Consisting of four high school friends, Tender Youth marks their entrance into the contemporary music industry with their debut project, ‘Tender Youth,’ produced by Sylvester Struckmann. It opens with the title track, which introduces the EP with a harrowing feedback intro. It is followed by ‘Hollow’ and ‘Silent Regimes’, showcasing an impressive collision of different rhythmic elements and instrumentation. While ‘Kenya’ is a warm and energetic closer.
Established in 2018, Tender Youth shares a mutual passion for post-punk and alternative music. Their boundless talent and ability have enabled them to establish a powerful soundscape within just a few years. They have also done concerts at numerous Danish venues like Loppen, Ungdomshuset, and Ukirke. Conveying the issues faced by today’s young generation, ‘Tender Youth’ is surely a strong start for this young band. And we look forward to what they bring next to the table.
