Finally, the long wait of the fans has come to an end, as Beyond Good and Evil 2 makes its comeback. The problem with the game has been the lack of updated versions. But, the developers have solved these issues and players can be certain about the game being interesting. Till now, there is no update of when will Ubisoft release its prolonged sequel; Beyond Good and Evil 2?

The journey of this game has been a long one. It has taken a long time in coming out as a complete package and that too with many surprises. After its first launch, way back in 2003, the fans had high hopes for the sequel due to the excellent storyline of the prequel. In 2009, a trailer of the sequel of the game somehow went viral. But, since then no update has been made for almost a decade. And then in 2017, Ubisoft came up with a surprise trailer of Beyond Good and Evil 2.

The developers also updated the game with some new lively characters. This new look took the fans by surprise. Due to this a communication built between the developers and the fans. The update of the game is taking its time. The developers use the Twitter account, YouTube Channel, and the website of the game for communicating with the fans. So far, the developers have added as many as six live streams on the YouTube channel.

The last video was filmed on 31st October at the Paris Game Week. The video showed the fans details of the character design, and also revealed some 3D models but nothing much about the gameplay. The developers haven’t been able to provide the fans with a reliable beta version of the game yet. According to the sources, the game will be soon released.

The developers have announced that they would come up with nine AAA titles during the next fiscal years. The fans can expect the Beyond Good and Evil 2 to be a part of the titles. The developers haven’t released anything about the titles but the ones already present like Rainbow Six: Quarantine, Watch Dogs Legion and Gods and Monsters will be updated to match the next-gen consoles. All of these titles will be launched in 2020.

Apart from these, only six titles remain and one of them will certainly be FarCry or maybe the much-awaited Splinter Cell and a new Assassin’s Creed. Since these titles are very popular among gamers; the developers would want to take benefit of it and would also look to release two among these before going for Beyond Good and Evil 2, which would release in 2020. And, the rest three or four titles will probably be released in 2021.

Since Beyond Good and Evil has been under the development process for so long, it would probably be ahead of the above-mentioned titles. So, it might get its release during the latter half of 2021. However, the official dates haven’t been released yet.
