The second T20 International match that took place in Barbados has made the cricket lovers pumped. Even though England started to dominate the match from the beginning, West Indies’ counter strategies were great and pushed them near the target.

England won only by 1 run with astonishing late batting and prolific sportsmanship.

The match’s result was predicted by many people. West Indies had to score 30 more runs in the last over in order to win. It was only AkealHosein to take Saqib Mahmood with a total of 28 runs. He also made a hattrick of sixers in the last 3 balls.

England has shown real power from bowled out at 103 to 171-8 and still pushing in the last match. The pitch was similarly challenging in both cases.

The match was hugely propelled at the 11th over by Fabian Allen when Jason Roy took 24. The score rose mostly in the second half of the match. A total of 107 runs came from the second half.

Jason Roy scored 45 while making 61 with Moeen Ali, another great player contributing a total of 31 runs.

This match had a special value to Chris Jordan with Barbados being his birthplace and he made a cameo of 27.

Reece Topley, the left-arm seamer did a great job while playing his first T20 International Cricket match. He got Brandon King with lbw and ran out of Shai Hope with an agile performance. It made West Indies hanging at 6-2.

Such a favorable condition was well utilized by other bowlers as well. Spinners Adil Rashid and Moeen have shared a total of five wickets which put the team in more advantage.

However, the outrageous performance by Romario Shepherd made him score five blasting sixes along with 44 not out condition. Hosein added more 44 with just 16 balls which reduced the margin of victory by just 1 run.

The five-match series is waiting for more surprises with the score of both countries 1-1. The next match will be taking place on Wednesday.

The sports critics are saying that Roy’s performance has greatly ignited the fire within England. He was only able to make 17 out of 23 balls in the first half which made everyone think it is not going to be worth it.

However, he unleashed his sportsmanship in the second half with three fours and two sixes in just one over.

On the other hand, West Indies pushed its limit after Topley shined through his performance. From a hopeless situation to a nearly winning condition, he was the game-changer who put everyone in awe.

There couldn’t be a better climax to this match and the audience would agree to that. It was a brilliant match and there is no doubt about it.
