According to Deadline, Paramount is all set to release the fourth movie which was based on the MTV stunt prank reality series that began airing in 2000. The Jackass crew is officially returning on March 5, 2021.

The latest release in the Jackass franchise is scheduled to come almost after 20 years after it was first launched with the original cast of Johny Knoxville, Bam Margera, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Dave England, the late Ryan Dunn, Ehren McGhehey, Jason ‘Wee Man’ Acuna, and Preston Lacy.

Although the cast for the recent release has not been finalized yet, it will surely be their first reunion after Dunn’s death, eight years ago.

The mishap happened when in June 2011; Dunn was driving his 2007 Porsche in suburban Philadelphia when it accidentally careened off the road, flipped over a guardrail and in no time crashed into the woods before exploding into flames.

In the accident, both Dunn and Jackass production assistant Zachary Hartwell lost their lives and their bodies were severely burned. However, the police could identify Dunn through his tattoos and hair.

According to globalnews.com, Steve-O recently said that since they are approaching the 20th anniversary of when Jackass first came out on MTV, there has to be some way in which they are going to show respect to that, maybe in a small way or big.

To the Jackass 4 question, he said that he felt Knoxville was just not up for it. He also added that there are the health old certain people which is also a concern provided their age. He shows his uncertainty towards his feelings by saying that he doesn’t understand his feelings anymore.

Jackass which aired on MTV from 2000 to 2002 was released before Jackass; The Movie in 2002, Jackass Number Two in 2006, and Jackass 3D in 2010.
