The famed father and daughter shockingly lost their lives with seven other people in a severe helicopter crash on Sunday.

Carmelo revealed that he spoke with Kobe in a message about his strong penchant for coaching his daughter just a few minutes before the catastrophic event took place.

Furthermore, the Portland Trail Blazers player added that Kobe just called him and told that he will attend the game on Friday and also that he is proud of him.

Carmelo again mentioned that the sudden death of his beloved friend and his daughter is certainly unendurable. He said, the days were filled with fun and laughter when they used to discuss GiGi’s training schedule along with her teammates but this death is will certainly put Vanessa into pain and depression. According to Carmelo, the whole thing doesn’t make any sense.
