The long-running, free to play massively multiplayer online game, DC Universe online announces the release of Episode 35: Metal Part 1.
It is based on the Dark Multiverse that lurks beneath our universe where the glory of our heroes lies.
The first of the two episodes are based on DC’s Dark Knights: Metal Comic Book series which gives a larger space to the payer to interact with. Additional characters, special loots and power-ups make things interesting and give a chance to experience our iconic legends battling against our favorite heroes.
Dark Knights are invading and it is up to your favorite heroes now to save the world. Following a lead, Barman has breached the barrier between our glorified world and the Dark Multiverse and then suddenly goes missing. Batman has accidentally opened the gateway into the Dark World and now corrupted version of Batman from the dark universe has stepped into our universe, leaving many questions answered like what is the Dark Multiverse and how can the Dark Knights be stopped or will Batman return.
Players get to explore everything as the answers are available in the form of Metal that must be collected and returned to the Dark world before our world dooms into darkness. The Dark Knights need the metal. Part 1 has a larger scale feel allowing the players to enjoy up to level 15.
The Red Death, The Merciless and The Batman Who Laughs, everyone will be available in the game. To add a bigger effect, the story can be experienced both in single and multiplayer set up in twisted locales while our Universe melts into darkness.
Layer get the opportunity to customize their own game as new suits and gear will be given to them as they play along. The game is a perfect addition to the playlist for any DC fan as it requires the effort of a true superhero.
Metal Part 1 is now available on Nintendo Switch, Play station 4, Xbox One and PC. The other event portion follows a release date in December 2019 and is free for access to all players.
