Nicole Elizabeth LaValle, who is well known with her nickname ‘Snooki’ comes with a piece of disappointing news for her fans as recently she has revealed that she will be retiring from the popular MTV reality show ‘Jersey Shore’. Snooki who is an American reality television personality, professional wrestler and dancer got fame for being a part of the ‘Jersey Shore’ and starring in ‘Snooki & Jwoww and Jersey Shore: Family Vacation’.
During an episode of her podcast ‘It’s Happening with Snooki & Joey’, Snooki mentioned that though it’s hard from her part to take this sort of decision still she has to do what’s best for her at the moment.
Snooki alluded that she is not going to come back to the series even if there’s a new season. She added that though many reasons came in her head before taking this sudden call but one of the primary reasons is she wants to spend her time with her children, Lorenzo, Giovanna, and Angelo James.
On an emotional note, she said that while filming for ‘Jersey Shore’ she had to quit the filming on several occasions so that she can stay with her kids. She just doesn’t enjoy partying anymore as she thinks she has changed the entire perception of her life.
At this juncture of life, Snooki just wants to be home with the kids. She doesn’t mind going to different places or simply going to a dinner or whatever, but it’s just really hard for her to leave the kids for filming the show.
Snooki put forward the very fact that earlier the show portrayed her as a good person but lately it has become a bit dramatic. She wanted it to be fun and light-hearted just it was earlier but as the present scenarios concern, it has become too serious. Moreover, her children have been receiving death threats since the last few days which shooks her much intensity to say goodbye to the show.
Snooki’s fans all around the globe showed their despondency over this drastic decision through all the social media platforms. However, with a ray of hope Snooki has confirmed that she will return to the world of television someday maybe not with ‘Jersey Show’ but with some other popular TV ventures.
